  • Strength: Build muscle strength to improve power, bat speed, and throwing velocity.

  • Speed and Agility: Increase foot speed and agility for better base running and defensive maneuvers.

  • Flexibility: Improve range of motion to prevent injuries and support efficient movement.

  • Injury Prevention: Focus on exercises that strengthen muscles and joints most prone to baseball-related injuries.
