Our trainers include MiLB and college baseball players who understand the daily demands of development, competition, and progression.

Osiris Johnson
Founder & Trainer
Osiris Johnson is a Bay Area native, born and raised with a deep passion for the game of baseball. He attended Encinal High School, where his talent and work ethic quickly set him apart, earning Perfect Game All-American honors in 2017. In 2018, Osiris was drafted in the second round by the Miami Marlins, beginning his professional baseball career at the highest level. With years of elite competition and professional experience, he now brings that same standard and attention to detail into player development. Osiris specializes in hitting and fielding, helping athletes refine their mechanics, build confidence, and elevate their overall performance.

Marcel Johnson
Marcel is a Bay Area native, with experience in the Atlanta Braves and Kansas City Royals minor league systems. With over 15 years of training and coaching experience, Marcel has worked closely with multiple collegiate athletes, one Minor League Baseball player, and one Major League Baseball player. His background as a professional athlete combined with years of hands-on instruction allows him to deliver high-level development rooted in real game experience and proven results.

Antwon Rollins
Antwon is a Bay Area native, born and raised with a lifelong commitment to baseball and athletic development. He attended Encinal High School, where he built a strong foundation that led to the next level. In 1998, Antwon was drafted in the 4th round by the Texas Rangers. His experience competing at the professional level, allows him to bring a deep understanding of what it takes to perform and prepare at a high level Antwon specializes in hitting and strength training, helping athletes develop power, efficiency, and durability while building the physical tools needed to sustain long-term performance.

Jeriah is a Bay Area–raised baseball athlete and Encinal High School graduate. He began his collegiate career at the University of Southern California before finding his home at San José State University, where he continued to develop and compete at a high level. Currently plays professionally in the Pioneer League, bringing a strong foundation of elite training, college experience, and competitive edge to his training!
